Quinta Milú is a small personal project of grower Germán Blanco in Ribera del Duero, Spain. Germán sources fruit from old Tempranillo vineyards, cultivated through traditional methods with minimal interventions, which allows his wine to transmit their sense of place. Old techniques such as grape stomping is still utilized, and while the Ribera del Duero is known for big juicy reds with heavy oak influence, Germán steers clear of new oak barrels. These are some of the many unique qualities that distinguish him from other producers in this region.
