Menti

Menti Giovanni is a family-owned winery founded at the end of the 19th century in Gambellara. The founder, Menti Giovanni (grandfather of the current owner, whose name is also Giovanni) started the business with the intention of producing wines for his own enjoyment.

Today, the winery is cultivating 7.5 ha of Garganega and Durella vines on the hillsides of Gambellara and Lessini. The vineyards are farmed bio-dynamically. Only native yeast is used to highlight the characteristics of the Bambellara terroir. All aspects of the entire production are closely managed by Giovanni and his son Stefano.
