These wines are cultivated in more than 40 hectares of vineyards of Hondarrabi Zerratia and Hondarrabi Zuri varieties. They are divided into 14 plots which are spread out over 6 towns all throughout Biscay. Their goal is clear and unmistakable, focusing on recovering and strengthening the native Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerratia varieties.
