Stacy Clark’s interest in winemaking sparked at a young age by the inspiration from her biology teacher in high school. In 2009, Stacy decided to pursue her dream of crafting a wine of her own, Galland Clark, named in honor of her father John Galland Clark. Stacy’s goal as a winemaker is to work with smaller vineyard parcels in areas that she knows, and to create a fruit-focused, elegant wine that is both drinkable and agreeable. By day, she is also the winemaker at Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena, a family-owned winery of four generations.
